SOOOO. I work at Subway. My manager is an idiot. The owner of the store hates him, and wants to replace him with me. But I have college going on for me, so I cannot handle managing on top of that. Anyway. Today, my manager decided he “couldn’t handle it” and didn’t show up for work today. No call, no show. Therefore quitting/being fired.
I worked 4-11 lastnight, had to get called in to cover the manager’s opening shift this morning, so worked 7am-4pm. I’m so tired. And on top of that, he completely screwed over the store by forcing others to quit and all sorts of chaos. Today was so busy, and we kept running out of food…running out of BREAD. you know, KINDA ESSENTIAL for sandwich making. Because he screwed us over. Oh, and he let half the crew take the week off for vacation. So we’re FUCKED. I think he just realized how much he “dun goofed” when letting everyone leave, or forcing them to quit. We have no employees!! DFJSKLDJFLKSJFL
He fucked the store and abandoned it. Now I have to clean up the mess. I’m so pissed. Working over time sucks, even if I do get paid extra.
He better just take a plane back to Utah, where he came from, so I never have to see him again.
